You pay the basic we pay the extra. For some items we only ship to 48 states in the US.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed! Within 30 days, in the unlikely event that you are not happy with the product, you may return it to us (pre-paid freight) for a refund (less all shipping & handling charges). A restocking fee may apply.
If an item is discovered to be originally damaged and/or defective, please follow the manufacturer's returns/replacement policy & instructions.
Any products being claimed as originally damaged or defects are subject to the manufacturer's repair and/or replacement policy.
No returns will be accepted without a Returns Authorization (RA) #.
All returns must be in original packaging and include all originally packaged items.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days. After this period, rarely, but should your product not work properly due to original manufacturing, you can contact the manufacturer to service the product under warranty (if applicable).
If the product(s) is damaged during freight, you should not accept it and report the damage to the freight courier for proper returns. Please contact us immediately and we can assist you in this matter.

BULK OR VOLUME DISCOUNTS:
Special pricing for volume/bulk orders are available. Please email us with the item number(s), description(s) and quantity for a quote.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
STANDARD SHIPPING & HANDLING (S&H) is FREE for SELECTIVE items only and are normally labeled/marked in the item title and/or description. Any free shipping & handling charge is automatically set during the checkout process.
(Certain specialty items will incure additional S&H fees after the order is submitted and will be processed only after your confirmation of the S&H fee.)
Any shipping & handling costs can be previewed during the checkout process. (Your personal and confidential information is NOT sent to us unless you actually submit the order.) The SHIPPING cost shown in the checkout cart includes SHIPPING & HANDLING (S&H) fees.
We currently charge flat rate S&H fees.
We currently ship most of our products to the contiguous 48 US states at this time.
General product orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.
STANDARD GROUND DELIVERY time will then take approximately 5-8 business days.
We currently only ship certain kinds of our products ( PlayHouse, Puppets )outside the United States.
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories outside the North American continent (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc) are available at our discretion and would incure additional charge. We will email you for a confirmation of the extra shipping cost. We reserve the right to cancel any orders not being shipped to the 48 contiguous US states.
Multiple-item orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on availability from our various warehouse locations. (At no extra cost to you.)
Either US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, or DHL is used for delivery service. We will also provide you a shipment tracking number whenever possible.
Truck shipments is used for oversized item and might take additional time for delivery.
